2024-2025 BCCMA EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Adam Reichbach
Assistant City Manager, City of Hollywood
(President, 2025)The President shall act as the executive head of the Association and preside at the meetings thereof, appoint chairmen of standing committees, appoint special committees, and have the discretion to call special meetings. The President shall be, ex-officio, a member of all standing committees.

Neysa Herrera
CRA & Economic Development Director, City of Oakland Park
Vice President, 2025 The Vice-President shall assist the President, act for him in his absence or at his direction and perform such other duties as the President may direct. In the event the President’s office becomes vacant, the Vice-President shall succeed until the next general election.

Catherine Givens
City Manager, City of Coral Springs
Secretary, 2025 The Secretary shall keep in books provided for that purpose, the minutes of all regular and special meetings of the Association, have charge of the membership roster and be responsible for notifying members of all regular and special meetings.

Jackie Wehmeyer
Strategy & Intergovernmental Affairs Senior Director, City of Parkland
Treasurer, 2025 The Treasurer shall collect and keep all dues, monies and securities due the Association or belonging to the Association and be responsible therefore. She shall make all disbursements of funds for authorized obligations of the Association. She shall maintain accurate books of accounts and report at each regular meeting on the state of the treasury.

Greg Harrison
City Manager, City of Pompano
Past President, 2025 Ex-officio (Immediate Past President) shall serve voluntarily if or as needed by the elected officers. Ex-officio is a privilege bestowed upon the immediate past president only by virtue of his previous leadership role.
